This is a hands on Chocolate class, small group with Marc Forrat.
You’ll learn how to:

• temper chocolate
• roll caramels
• make chocolate bars
• learn techniques on how to dip treats in chocolate.

At the end of the class you take almost 2 pounds of chocolates you’ve made to share with family, coworkers or just to enjoy yourself!

The minimum number of people required for the class is 6. If we do not meet this minimum requirement 24 hours before the class, we will reschedule it. Please note that refunds will not be issued in such cases.
